What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: $25–$27 per hour depending on experience
  • Structured Retention Bonuses:
    • $1,000 after 6 months
    • $1,000 after 1 year
    • $1,000 after 2 years
    • $1,000 after 3 years
  • Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday work week
  • Steady Hours: Typically 40–45 hours per week

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver building materials to contractors throughout the Fargo/Moorhead area and surrounding communities
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to job sites
  • Operate a forklift in the yard and at delivery locations
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials, including occasional heavy lifting
  • Represent Simonson Lumber with professionalism and strong customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CDL Class B license (no restrictions)
  • Current medical card (or ability to obtain one)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with physical work as part of daily responsibilities
